Tarnish is wrong. It's usually a problem. But tarnish is inevitable, it happens. Things that are new aren't tarnished or smudged. But objects that have lived, been handled, and done things – they get dings, scratches, and a thin layer of everything life has thrown at them. A lot of people don’t like tarnish. They work hard to clean it, to get rid of it. But you can’t, really. Tarnish isn't a thing, it's a story. I named my store Tarnish because I'm not just selling accessories and clothes, I'm selling stories. Stories behind who made it, who owned it and of course, the story to be written by whoever the new owner is. Tarnish is about the beauty in life, and in living it without a rear-view mirror.
